Luke Linton, Jr. was born in 1760, in Pasquotank, North Carolina and died in 1834 in Beaufort, North Carolina. His father was Luke Linton, Sr. (1740-1817) and his mother was a Potter (1740-1805). Luke Linton, Jr. married Easter Pierce before 1785 and had 5 children, one of whom is Luke Linton, Jr., the direct descendent in The Pirate's lineage.
