John Theodore Thache was born in Edenton, Chowan County, North Carolina in 1718 and died in Perquimans County, North Carolina on the 12th day of April, 1780. He is known to have one brother and one sister, all deceased.
John Theodore Thache is deceased and was one of possibly three children born of parents, Edward "Blackbeard" Thatch (Teach) and Mary Ormond. John's sister Elizabeth's birth year is highly suspect because she was born too soon for her supposed mother to give birth. John was born in Edenton in Chowan County of North Carolina in 1718 and died in Perquimans County, North Carolina in 1780. John and Rhoda had four children but there is a possibility that some of those children were Rhoda's through another marriage. At this stage of the lineage, a lot could be incorrect but it is possible that John's father is indeed the famous pirate, Blackbeard.
